Jimmy Escamilla

Jimmy Escamilla, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and management. Jimmy is currently serving as the U.S. Director of Human Resources at TFI International Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. from 2020 to 2021.

Before entering the corporate sector, Jimmy had an extensive career in the US Navy. Jimmy held various senior positions, including Senior Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR programs for 32 organizations and managing initiatives such as Inclusion & Diversity, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management. Jimmy also served as Type Commander for 175 off-site offices, responsible for program compliance of policies and procedures within the Department of Navy.

With their experience in both the military and corporate sectors, Jimmy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role in human resources.

Jimmy Escamilla, MBA, has a diverse education history. Jimmy obtained their MBA from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Saint Leo University from 2006 to 2009. In 2015, they pursued further education by attending the U.S. Naval War College for the Senior Enlisted Academy in Military and Strategic Leadership. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a certification in Equal Opportunity Advisor from the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.

In terms of additional certifications, in February 2019, Jimmy Escamilla obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: "HR as a Business Partner" and "Human Resources Foundations."
