Elijah Naylor

Elijah Naylor has extensive experience in compliance and safety management within the transportation industry, currently serving as Senior Manager at TForce Logistics since January 2017. In this role, Elijah develops and enforces support programs for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, while also implementing safety programs to mitigate operational risks. Prior to this, Elijah held the position of US Compliance Assistant at TForce from August 2009 to December 2016, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, coordinating training, conducting audits, and overseeing safety management for contractors and employees across the US and Canada. Elijah holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Organizational Development, as well as a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management, both from The University of Texas at Arlington, alongside a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Pre-Law Studies.
