Ricard Bernado

Ricard Bernado has extensive work experience in the clinical research field. From 1995 to 2006, they worked as a Programmer Analyst and Systems Administrator at Remote Data Entry Systems, a specialized Contract Research Organization (CRO) focused on remote data entry systems for clinical trials. Ricard was responsible for programming data capture tools, managing clinical trial projects, and overseeing system administration.

In 2006, Bernado moved on to Demiurg Clinical Technologies, where they served as the CEO and Programmer Analyst. Demiurg Clinical Technologies is a company that develops tools for electronic data capture in clinical trials. Bernado worked on various phases of clinical trials, including Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, Phase IV, and registries.

Since 2017, Bernado has been working at TFS HealthScience - a global CRO that collaborates with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout the clinical development process. Ricard started as a Senior Clinical Database Programmer and later transitioned to the role of Principal Clinical Database Programmer. Ricard'sresponsibilities at TFS HealthScience include programming study databases, managing database validation, creating test plans, assisting in data import/export, and validating data transfer programming using various electronic data capture (EDC) tools such as Medidata Rave, Trial Master, Trial Online, and ClinCase.
