Yanis Merabet

Yanis Merabet has a range of experience in the fields of business development and research engineering. Yanis currently works as an Associate Director of Business Development at TFS HealthScience, a Contract Research Organization. From 2020 to 2023, Yanis served as an Account Development Manager at ICON plc. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Associate at MedPass International from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, Yanis gained research engineering experience through internships at Institut de la Vision, where they studied the expression and distribution of opioid receptors in the cornea of mice with dry-eye disease, and at Genethon, where they developed a lentivirus purification process. Yanis also interned at Institut de la Vision in 2015, where they evaluated cell infection rates using Adeno-Associated Viruses for gene delivery in the eye. Yanis has gained extensive lab skills in tissue cutting, immuno-histochemistry, RT-qPCR, cell culture, transfection, purification processes, and analysis techniques. Yanis also has experience in commercial roles, having worked as a Commercial employee for SBC, Science & Business Consult @ Sup'Biotech, a junior enterprise at Sup'Biotech, a biotechnology engineering school. Yanis Merabet's education history includes several academic achievements and certifications. In 2011 to 2012, they attended Lycée Rosa Parks where they obtained their Baccalauréat Scientifique, with a field of study in Sciences physiques.

From 2013 to 2018, Yanis pursued their education at SupBiotech, école de biotechnologies, where they earned their Diplôme d'ingénieur in Biotechnology.

In 2015 to 2016, they also studied abroad at Tecnológico de Monterrey, focusing on Biotechnologie during their semester there.

Later, in January 2020, they completed the Prévention et Secours Civiques de niveau 1 (PSC1) program from Protection Civile Paris Seine. Finally, in December 2020, Yanis achieved the Brevet Federal de sambo/lutte/grappling certification from France Lutte - Fédération Française de Lutte.
