Julia Gwaltney

Julia Gwaltney is a seasoned executive in the petroleum industry with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at TG Natural Resources LLC since November 2024, Gwaltney previously held the position of SVP & General Manager for US Eagle Ford Operations at Baytex Energy Corp. from June 2023 to October 2024. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and COO at Ranger Oil Corporation, where leadership included subsurface, production, HSE, and resource development initiatives. With a background as an Independent Consultant at Tegridy, and significant leadership roles at companies such as Gary Petroleum Partners and Samson Resources Company, Gwaltney's career also features a long tenure at Encana Corporation that encompassed various management and engineering roles. Gwaltney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
