Kamal Bherwani

Kamal Bherwani is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in technology and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Advisory Board Chair at TGA since April 2024, Bherwani has also held the position of Executive Chairman at HZO since June 2014, along with roles as Chairman and Lead Director. Additionally, Bherwani is a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at GCOM Software, LLC since May 2019, and serves as a member of the Board of Advisors at SambaNova Systems and on the Board of Directors for Queens Community House. As Chairman and Founder of Pre-Clivity, established in June 2021, Bherwani has been influential in the company's direction. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at IAG, SL from September 2013 to April 2019, and at PRISA from January 2010 to August 2013, where Bherwani also held the role of Chief Digital Officer and CEO of PRISA Digital. Early in the career, Bherwani served in various leadership positions in the City of New York's Office of the Mayor from July 2005 to January 2010. Bherwani's educational background includes attendance at Queens College.
