Brandon Fischer is a Research Associate II at TGen, part of City of Hope, since August 2022, where responsibilities include utilizing single cell and spatial multiomics to explore gene regulatory changes related to diseases such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Previously, Brandon served as a Research Associate at Inhibrx, Inc. from July 2021 to July 2022, contributing to DNA and protein production within a Molecular Biology & Protein Sciences team. Brandon also gained experience as a Science Communication Intern at UCSB Student Health Services in early 2021, assisting in the production of informative content regarding the University’s COVID-19 response. Brandon obtained a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology, with a minor in Professional Writing (Science Communication), from UC Santa Barbara in 2021.
