Sunil Sharma

Sunil Sharma is a distinguished medical professional with extensive experience in oncology and drug discovery. Currently serving as Professor of Medicine at City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center and Physician in Chief at the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen), Sunil Sharma also holds the position of Deputy Director at TGen. Sunil founded Stingray Therapeutics and co-founded Iterion Therapeutics, with a focus on biotechnology therapeutics. Sunil's previous roles include Deputy Director and Director at Huntsman Cancer Institute, as well as leadership positions at the University of Utah and Novartis, where significant contributions to early drug development were made. Sunil Sharma holds an MD from University College of Medical Sciences and an MBA from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
