Roy also served in the US Army, where they held positions such as First Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, AIT Instructor, and Specialist. Roy's work experience showcases their ability to take on leadership and management roles across various industries.

Roy Dillard, Jr. is also a licensed radiological technologist, specifically a radiographer, certified by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), which they obtained in 2018.
