Chief Counsel, International at TGI Fridays

Chip Bundick has extensive work experience in the legal field, specifically in the area of international business. From 2004 to the present, they have held the role of Chief Counsel, International at TGI Fridays. In this position, they are responsible for leading strategic and tactical legal initiatives for the brand's international business across 50 countries and 400 restaurants. Chip collaborates with global teams, develops franchise partnerships, manages complex business relationships, negotiates critical contracts, and ensures compliance with company policies and international law. Chip also has experience in international franchising, domestic and international commercial transactions, trademark enforcement, dispute resolution, and litigation management. Prior to their role at TGI Fridays, they served as Senior Counsel & Managing Attorney from 2004 to 2019. Before their legal career, Chip was a Pilot and Captain in the US Army's 101st Airborne Division from 1986 to 1990.

Chip Bundick has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Virginia, where they participated in the Interdisciplinary Honors Program. Chip also obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
