Pete Martin

Pete Martin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international trade compliance and regulatory matters. Currently serving as the Managing Chief Counsel for International Trade at McKesson since November 2023, Pete leads the International Trade Compliance Team, supporting import and export functions across all business units. Prior to this role, Pete held several positions at FedEx, including Senior Counsel and Senior Attorney, focusing on international trade and customs. Pete's career began at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, where responsibilities included authoring binding rulings and providing legal guidance on trade facilitation projects. Pete holds a Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law from The George Washington University Law School, a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
