Eric Weigler

Eric Weigler has over 20 years of extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Eric started their career in 1999 as a Local Area Network System Administrator at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and later worked at Digital Southwest as their Director of Operations. In 2002, they joined Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, where they served as a Restaurant Manager and later transitioned to Research and Development Project Manager. In 2010, they worked as a General Manager at Luby's before becoming the Director of Supply Chain Operations at T.G.I. Fridays in 2012. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in supply chain operations, project management, and restaurant management.

Eric Weigler received an Associate of Arts degree from Dallas College in 2013.
