In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Director of Commercial Business Solution Support, where they oversaw coaching, supervision, staffing, and process improvement. Afterwards, they pursued a degree in Computer Sciences with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2013.
