Paul Sterbenz

Paul Sterbenz began their work experience in 2004 at the Richmond Kickers Soccer Club, where they served as the VP/General Manager until 2007. In 2007, they joined TGI Sport and held various roles including Senior Director - Event Operations from 2007 to 2009, Executive Director - Account Management from 2009 to 2017, Vice President - Account/Project Management from 2017 to 2022, and currently as Co-GM/VP Accounts at TGI Sport from September 2022.

Paul Sterbenz earned a Master's degree in Sports Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sports and Exercise from the University of Richmond from 1994 to 1998.
