Nina McQuade

Nina McQuade currently serves as an Assistante juridique en droit des sociétés at TGS France Avocats since April 2023, where responsibilities include the approval of accounts, managing annual legal formalities, and drafting various legal documents such as the creation of structures and statutory modifications. Prior experience includes volunteering as a Juriste at CLCV nationale focusing on consumer law and contract law, and working as an Assistante juridique at Cabinet d’Avocats Transmissio with a focus on family law and corporate law. Nina's teaching experience encompasses roles as a temporary educator at Université Rennes 2, where methodology and administrative tasks were primary responsibilities, and as an Arts Plastiques teacher within the Education nationale. Educational qualifications include a Licence in général law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and two Master's degrees from Université Rennes 2, one in Histoire de l’Art and the other in MEEF for Arts Plastiques.
