Kristin Omreng

Kristin Omreng currently serves as the EVP of People & Culture at TGS, starting in July 2024. Prior to this role, Kristin held the position of SVP Global HR at PGS from January 2020 to June 2024 and was a Board Member at Piql AS from March 2021 to June 2022. Kristin's experience also includes serving as Chief of Staff at Höegh Autoliners AS, overseeing global functions including IT, HR, Communications, Legal, and Facility from September 2018 to December 2019. Additionally, Kristin spent over seven years at Aker Solutions, where roles included Vice President of Human Resources and HR Manager for Subsea in Norway. Further career highlights include being a Board Member at Aker Subsea AS and leading research and candidate sourcing at Mercuri Urval Norway. Kristin holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and an Siviløkonom degree in Business (Strategy) from BI Norwegian Business School, complemented by courses in Entrepreneurship from Boston University.
