Shirley Santamaria Diaz

Shirley Santamaria Diaz is a data engineer at TGT Gamas since August 2018, specializing in continuous monitoring of drilling parameters and volume analysis during drilling operations. Previously, Shirley served as a Junior Operations Engineer, ensuring quality control of engineering data and interpreting geological information. Shirley gained valuable experience as a thesis student at Ecopetrol, focusing on sand control methods, and as an administrative assistant with Asociación Colombiana de Ingenieros de Petróleos, managing marketing, logistics, and personnel. Additional roles included a drilling engineering intern at Equión Energía Limited and a teacher assistant at Universidad Industrial de Santander. Shirley holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander and a Diploma in Sales Management from Politécnico de Colombia.
