Jose Carcamo

Jose Carcamo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process and quality management, particularly within the software engineering domain. Currently serving as the Process & Quality Manager at TGV since May 2021, Jose is responsible for CMMI appraisals and the reengineering of the Organizational Process Framework to enhance agility and production support processes. Previously, at LIVEWARE Ingeniería de Software S.A., Jose implemented quality assurance activities and developed metrics for process improvement. A CMMI expert, Jose led numerous appraisals and training sessions for various organizations during tenures at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Additional experience includes consulting on business continuity plans and defining processes in international settings. Jose holds an Engineering degree in Software Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
