Dr. Henry Puhl

Dr. Henry Puhl currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TGW Logistics Group, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Dr. Puhl was the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a member of the Board of Directors at KION Group from April 2016 to December 2023, also serving as an Integration Advisor and Chief Operating Officer (ad interim) for KION ITS EMEA, along with leading the STILL EMEA operations. Earlier experience includes significant roles at CLAAS as Managing Director of the Grain Harvesting Division and Sprecher of Claas Industrietechnik GmbH, as well as positions at Schaeffler and John Deere, where responsibilities included managing factories and driving strategic initiatives in India. Dr. Puhl began a career in academic settings, contributing as a project coordinator and scientific staff member in production systems at the TU Kaiserslautern. Dr. Puhl holds a Doctorate in Engineering (Doktor Ingenieur) in Mechanical Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
