Jonathan Lipscomb

Jonathan Lipscomb serves as the Sr. Manager of Training & Organizational Development at TH Foods Inc. since August 2013, where leadership has been provided for the training development of over 500 employees across multiple sites. A successful Employee Development Program was launched, incorporating tools such as DiSC Profiles and leadership training. Prior to this role, Jonathan was the Manager of Training and Development at PCI - Packaging Coordinators Inc. from August 2007 to August 2013, where instructional programs were designed for over 800 employees as a cGMP instructor. Jonathan's career began in the US Navy, where a decade of experience culminated in the role of Chief Petty Officer and Master Training Specialist, overseeing the training of 37,000 recruits annually. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Educational Technology from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University.
