Rakta Chouhan is a seasoned professional in sales operations with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Operations at TH Global Capital since August 2023, Rakta previously held the role of Sales Operations Manager at ADSLEAD School from August 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing escalation workflows, overseeing data governance issues, and conducting impact assessments for new product launches. Prior to that, Rakta excelled as Sr. Client Account Manager at YOUPLUS, achieving record-breaking performance in managing global accounts, and as Channel Sales Account Manager at Bikaji Foods International Ltd., focusing on sales enablement in international markets. Rakta holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Barkatullah University Institute of Technology.
