Diemhang L. is a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Executive at TH Group - Food Chain, with a focus on maintaining the personnel database and overseeing labor contract management since July 2011. Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance appraisals, handling contract renewals, and proposing promotion packages. Prior to this role, Diemhang L. served as an Executive Assistant and Director Assistant at Hayen Industrial Ltd Company from January to May 2011. Diemhang L. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Hanoi University, earned from September 2004 to June 2009.
