Jim Zullo

Jim Zullo currently serves as President of THA Consulting, Inc., a role held since January 2008, following their tenure as Vice President and Consultant at Timothy Haahs and Associates. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director at Elijah's Promise from March 2014 to October 2017, and Senior Director of Real Estate and Economic Development at NJ Transit from October 2002 to January 2008. Jim Zullo also held the position of Vice President at New Brunswick Development Corporation from February 2001 to September 2002, and served as Senior Project Manager at Lockheed Martin IMS in 1999-2000. Earlier in their career, Jim Zullo was the Executive Director of the New Brunswick Parking Authority from September 1992 to January 1999. Educational credentials include a Master's in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University, a Diploma in Real Estate with a concentration in Investment Analysis from New York University, and a BA in English and Communications from Tulane University.
