Currently serving as the Human Resources & Administrative Manager at Thai Aviation Services Limited since July 2018, Theepakon's expertise includes previous roles as Human Resources Manager at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas and Layana Resort & Spa, and as Assistant Human Resources Manager at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and SOFITEL KRABI PHOKEETHRA GOLF & SPA.
