Kulpatra Sirodom

Kulpatra Sirodom is an Independent Director at Thai President Foods. Kulpatra has held this position since 2019.

Sirodom has an extensive background in the financial sector. Kulpatra previously worked as a pension fund manager for the government pension fund, and also as a commercial banker for Siam Commercial Bank. In addition, they have taught accounting at Southeast Bangkok College and Thammasat University.

Sirodom has also worked in the private sector, holding positions such as Financial Controller at Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited and President of the Federation of Accounting Profession.

Most recently, Sirodom served as CEO of President Bakery Public Company Limited before taking their current position at Thai President Foods Public Company Limited.

Kulpatra Sirodom has a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Thammasat University in Bangkok, Thailand. Kulpatra also has a High School Certificate from Triam Udom Suksa School and Rajini School. In addition, they have certification from the Thai Institute of Directors in Advanced Audit Committee Program, from The Stock Exchange of Thailand in Capital Market Academy (Class 2), and from Thai Institute of Directors in Director Certification Program (Train the Trainer Class).
