Jeanette Ratilla Pactolin

Jeanette Ratilla Pactolin has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jeanette started their career at Misamis University as a College of Engineering Instructor, teaching Mathematics subjects to engineering students. Jeanette then worked as a Proofreader/Editor at Innodata Corporation and as a Personnel Manager at Tokyo Dress Cebu Corporation, where they managed social security memberships and formalized wage structures for employees. Jeanette then joined Isla Communications Company as a Project Monitoring and Control Engineer, contributing to project management tasks and communication disbursements.

Jeanette also worked at THAICOM Public Company Limited, where they held multiple roles including Assistant Credit Manager and Credit and Collections Manager, overseeing finance operations and debt collection procedures. Jeanette further advanced their career at IPSTAR Broadband, continuing their role as Credit and Collections Manager. Here they traveled extensively in various countries for debt payment negotiations, settled disputed billings, and constantly explored ways to improve credit management and debt collection procedures.

Jeanette's most recent role was as an Account Relationship Manager at EDMUND's Inn & Suites, where they provided excellent customer service and ensured a comfortable experience for guests.

Jeanette Ratilla Pactolin earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Misamis University between 1988 and 1993. Jeanette then obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Assumption University of Thailand from 2000 to 2003. Jeanette also has additional certifications, including the Career Service Professional Examination from the Civil Service Commission of the Philippines in 1993, and the Electrical Engineer's National Licensure Examinations from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in 1994.
