Previously, Kalyani held the position of Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Innominds, where responsibilities included executing talent acquisition strategies and fostering a high-performance team environment. Kalyani's career at Wipro Technologies spanned nearly 18 years in various roles, including Program Manager for Staffing and Delivery, where innovative staffing solutions and employee management strategies were developed. Educational qualifications include an Executive Program in Strategic Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Gulbarga University.
