Terri Feist

Terri Feist is an account manager at ThalamusGME. Terri has over 25 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Terri began their career with Convergys in 1993, where they spent nine years as an operations manager. In 2002, they left Convergys to join the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as a residency program coordinator, a position they held for 19 years. In 2021, Terri joined ThalamusGME, where they are responsible for managing client accounts.
