Cyrille Framery has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Cyrille started their career at Thales in 2001, where they worked as an Engineering Product Manager, focusing on R&T studies for S band HPA development. From 2003 to 2007, they served as a Responsable Industriel, managing industrial activities. Cyrille then became a Supply Chain Manager at Thales, responsible for managing the supply chain team for civilian radar activities. During their time in this role, they implemented process deployment and flow management strategies to improve efficiency and cost control. In 2009, they joined Thales Alenia Space as a Supply Chain Manager, overseeing the delivery of satellite sub-assemblies and managing a multi-function team. Cyrille later transitioned to the role of Operations Manager, leading a team of 950 people in the Competence Center Platform Integration France. In this role, they focused on strategic issues such as budgeting, subcontracting, workload management, and continuous improvement. Cyrille also contributed to the deployment of a subcontracting policy and the streamlining of support functions. Most recently, Cyrille has served as the Industrial Director and Head of Competence Center at Thales Alenia Space, focusing on industrialization and fostering a competitive and collaborative culture in a new space context.
Cyrille Framery completed an Engineer's degree in RF, Microwaves at Polytech Lille in 2001. In 2008, they attended the Institut Renault and obtained a Black belt lean six sigma degree. From 2018 to 2020, they pursued an Executive Master at École Polytechnique. In 2023, they briefly attended Sciences Po Bordeaux, where they obtained a CESDA degree.
