Christoph Larcher

Christoph Larcher possesses extensive experience in the field of chemistry and catalysis, currently serving as the Head of Competence Center Heterogeneous Catalysis and Lab Manager at Covestro since January 2019. Prior to this role, Christoph held various positions, including Plant Manager at LANXESS from August 2015 to December 2018 and Technical Manager at Saltigo from October 2014 to July 2015, with a focus on process development. Christoph also worked as a project leader at LANXESS between March 2011 and September 2014, specializing in heterogeneous catalysis and technical chemistry. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Organometallic Chemistry and Homogeneous Catalysis from Heidelberg University, completed in 2011, and a Diplom in Chemistry from the same institution, obtained in 2007. Additionally, participation in a program at the University of Bergen occurred from 2003 to 2004.
