Katia Leconte

Katia Leconte has over two decades of experience in the aerospace and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as a System Architect for satellite constellations at Thales Alenia Space since November 2000. In this role, Katia coordinates architecture activities and interfaces with various program teams. Previous positions include Team Leader for aeronautical communications at Thales Alenia Space, where responsibilities included proposal management, R&D studies, and leadership of engineering efforts with aviation stakeholders. Early in Katia's career, experience as a Research Engineer focused on advanced waveforms and system optimization was gained. Additionally, Katia worked at Syntegra as a Signal Processing Engineer, focusing on waveform simulation for satellite systems. Katia holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Space Telecommunications from ENAC - Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile, earned between 1996 and 1999.
