Michael Patris

Michael Patris has extensive experience in the field of network and Unix systems, currently serving as the Networks and Unix Systems Team Leader at Thales Alenia Space since January 1998. Responsibilities include team leadership, architecture, network security, and the maintenance of network hardware and software operations. Prior to this role, Michael was a Software Developer, focusing on xDSL diagnostic tools, embedded software for the Ariane-5 rocket, and network management platforms. Earlier experience includes working as a Network Controller at MasterCard, where Michael managed network troubles and incidents during data center operations. Education includes a Bachelor in Industrial IT from Haute Ecole Charleroi Europe HECE ISAT and further studies towards a Candidate degree in IT at Université libre de Bruxelles.
