Olivier Balosso

Olivier Balosso is an experienced telecommunications engineer with expertise in space systems design and data processing. Currently serving at Thales Alenia Space since January 2019 as Elu au CSE, Olivier advocates for employee rights and working conditions while also contributing as an Ingénieur système télécommunications, focusing on the design of satellite communication systems. Prior roles include working at Scalian for Thales Alenia Space, where Olivier modeled space links and algorithms, as well as at CLS, developing tools in Python for satellite data processing. Academic credentials include a PhD in Electromagnetic Modeling from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and a Master's degree in Microwave Research from ISAE-SUPAERO, complemented by extensive teaching experience in programming at ENSEEIHT.
