Erik Balascik

Erik Balascik has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple years. Erik began their career in the US Army as an Armor Officer, where they served in various positions and participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom. After leaving the military, they held managerial roles in different companies including GENTEX Corporation and Esterline Communication Systems. Balascik's responsibilities involved business development, marketing, customer service, and product management. Erik worked as a Senior Account Manager at Honeywell and as a Director of Soldier Protective Equipment at Gentex. Erik also held positions in Thales USA and Thales Defense & Security, Inc., where they focused on business development in the sensors and missile systems sector.

From 1999 to 2002, Erik Balascik attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science.
