Gertjan Rolink

Gertjan Rolink is a Software Engineer at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since January 2023, previously serving as a Hightech Software (Test) Engineer at Capgemini Engineering from January 2022 to December 2022 and as a Hightech Software Test Engineer at Sogeti from November 2021 to January 2022. In early 2021, Gertjan completed an Afstudeerproject at Intu, focusing on a gas-free housing system utilizing the OODC protocol and researching the CAN protocol and external protocols. Prior experience includes working as a host and waiter at WILDLANDS Adventure Zoo Emmen from June 2017 to November 2020 and an IT internship at Manter International BV from September 2019 to January 2020, where Gertjan contributed to software development for weighing machines using Qt and C++. Gertjan holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Computer Science from NHL Stenden, earned between 2017 and 2021.
