Stephen Nibblett is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering, radar systems, and RF engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Systems Engineer at Thales Visionix, Inc. since May 2023, Stephen supports business development and product development teams in various capacities, including requirements elicitation and system integration. Previous roles include Radar Systems Engineer at Thales Defense & Security, Engineering Manager at Canadoil Pipe Thailand Ltd., and significant engineering positions at Powerwave Technologies and Filtronic, where Stephen contributed to RF testing systems and product qualification. Stephen holds a degree from Salisbury University and has training from the U.S. Naval Training Center.
