Claire Johnson

Claire Johnson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP Engineering (interim) and Engineering Operations & Strategy Director at Thales since February 2023, Claire previously held the position of Head of Engineering at Raytheon UK from January 2022 to February 2023. Claire's earlier roles include Senior Engineering Manager and Product Line Engineering Manager at Eaton, as well as Head of Engineering at Rotron Power Ltd. At Cobham Mission Systems, Claire advanced from Engineering Manager to Engineering Director, also contributing as Integration Technical Lead for the KC46 program. Claire holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and is a Chartered Engineer with The Institution of Engineering and Technology.
