Drew O'Sullivan

Drew O'Sullivan is an experienced Solution Architect and Lead Product Owner at Thales Digital Factory since September 2014, leading a 20-person agile team in developing an internal developer platform that adheres to DevSecOps principles. Previously, as Head of Services Transformation in the UK, Drew managed a £2M business change initiative aimed at improving two significant UK Naval service contracts valued at £700M, focusing on analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. In earlier roles, Drew led digital transformation projects, delivered an innovation management platform, and contributed to various land and naval radio communication programs as a Senior Software Engineer. With a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bristol and early education at Harrow School, Drew brings a strong technical background and leadership experience to the table.
