Gwendoline Blandin-Roger

Gwendoline Blandin-Roger possesses extensive experience in industrial sectors, particularly in Automotive and Advanced Electronics, with a distinguished career at Thales from April 2018 to January 2025, serving as Chief Operating Officer for Thales Land & Air Systems and Managing Director for Thales Under-Water Systems, in addition to overseeing Strategy and Marketing for Thales Defense Mission Systems. Since January 2025, Gwendoline Blandin-Roger has held a position as a Member of the Board of Directors at ASN. Previous experience includes a role as Partner at McKinsey & Company from June 2001 to March 2018, where Gwendoline led the Operations practice for McKinsey France, and a Consultant position at Accenture from October 2000 to March 2001.
