Kristopher Johnston

Kristopher Johnston is an Industrial Process Engineer at Thales since February 2023, specializing in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Rapid Problem Solving (RPS) techniques while implementing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) from the automotive sector. Previously, Kristopher worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Invinity Energy Systems, focusing on large-scale Vanadium Flow energy storage, and at AAC Clyde Space, where processes and control methods for commercial space operations were developed. Additional experience includes a role at Link Cable Assemblies Ltd, acquiring insights into subcontractor dynamics and achieving ISO 9001 internal auditor accreditation, as well as a career break during which extensive travel in Asia was undertaken. Kristopher holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical and Electronic Systems Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University.
