Margaux Dore

Margaux DORE is a professional in project management and agro-food engineering, currently serving as a Consultante en Gestion de Projet at MI-GSO | PCUBED since May 2023. With extensive experience as Chef de projet en amélioration continue at SOCIÉTÉ BRETONNE DE VOLAILLE since January 2018, Margaux has focused on production improvement and managing innovation processes. Previous roles include an apprentice in research and development positions within various companies, where responsibilities ranged from product development to optimizing manufacturing processes and conducting extensive research. Margaux holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Agro-Alimentaire from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers and a DUT in Génie Biologique with a specialization in Agro-alimentaire from IUT d'Angers.
