Shelvin Chand

Shelvin Chand has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering and construction industry. From April 2010 to the present, they worked at Pernix Group, Inc. in various roles. Shelvin started as a Quality Control Inspector and Assistant Civil Engineer, then moved on to become a Structural and Architectural Quality Control Engineer and Project Engineer.
