Marion Broughton

Marion Broughton has extensive experience in the defense and aerospace sectors, currently serving as VP Operations for Defence Mission Systems at Thales since 2006, and has held various VP roles, including VP Land & Air Systems. Additionally, Marion has been VP Avionics, Training and Simulation UK at Thales UK Limited since 2010, managing a significant business portfolio of £250M focused on the development, manufacture, and integration of avionics, synthetic training equipment, and training services. Marion holds a BSc in Physics with Electronics from the University of Kent, earned between 1981 and 1984.
