Nagabhushan Joger

Nagabhushan Joger is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Thales since September 2025, Nagabhushan previously held the position of Software Engineer - 3 at Boeing from December 2023 to September 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Lead Software Engineer at Collins Aerospace (August 2016 - November 2023), Senior Engineer at Honeywell Technology Solutions Labs India PVT LTD (February 2014 - August 2016), and Software Engineer at HCL Technologies (September 2010 - January 2014). Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from MVJ College of Engineering, Bangalore, and a Master of Science (MS) in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
