Pascal HERVE

Pascal HERVE is a Telecommunication System Architect at Thales Communications with over 20 years of experience in major projects, particularly in telecom and railway systems. Since 2010, Pascal has been leading the integration of applications and managing customer relations for the deployment of a 4G LTE private radio network in France. Previous roles include serving as a technical leader for TETRA networks in Latin America, where Pascal implemented complex communication architectures and facilitated training for local teams. Having worked with Nortel before Thales, Pascal developed expertise in LTE and GSM technologies, consistently focusing on continuous improvement and effective communication in multicultural environments.
