Sally Nix

Sally Nix currently serves as Vice President of Europe Talent Acquisition at Thales, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Sally Nix was Director of Trust Services at NHS Professionals from September 2019 to November 2022, and spent a significant period at Bombardier Transportation, where positions included Head of Global Talent Acquisition and various HR Director roles from 2007 to 2022. Sally Nix also contributed to Alstom Transport in multiple HR capacities between 2000 and 2007, culminating as Head of UK HR Shared Services. Sally Nix holds a BA Hons in Public Administration from De Montfort University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
