Tamarys Wolf, B.S. M.S., is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project and operational excellence, currently serving as Principal Project Engineer at Thales since May 2022. Previously, Tamarys held various roles at L3Harris Technologies, including Associate Manager of Project Engineering and Senior Specialist in Operational Excellence, where significant contributions were made towards value engineering and managing critical project milestones. Prior experience includes positions at Rockwell Collins, where Tamarys led Lean Savings System initiatives, and Lockheed Martin, focusing on operations engineering for missile systems. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering Management with a specialization in Manufacturing Operations from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
