Andrea Pauncefort

Andrea Pauncefort is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Thales Trusted Cyber Technologies since March 2021. Previously, Andrea held roles at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. as a Strategic HR Solutions Partner and as Head of HR at Thales from February 2014 to December 2017, where responsibilities included aligning HR activities with business strategy to enhance profitability. Prior to that, Andrea worked as a Senior Transformation Manager at Transport for London, overseeing organizational transformation programs, and served as an HR Business Partner at Serco Docklands. Andrea holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Social Policy from Durham University.
