Julia Sumner (Nan)

Julia (Nan) Sumner has extensive experience in program management and project control. Currently serving as SBE Program Manager at Thalle Construction Company, Inc. since October 2017, Julia oversees strategic business initiatives. Previously, Julia worked at Alion Science and Technology from February 2005 to May 2015 as Lead Project Controller, where responsibilities included managing project budgets and timelines.
