Doneliza Joaquin currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Thalo Labs since May 2023. Prior to this role, Doneliza worked at Google from January 2022 to April 2023 as a Program Manager in Customer Success, where significant accomplishments included leading a successful pilot with the City of Philadelphia and converting a pilot program in Aspen into a multi-year initiative. Educational qualifications include an MS in Urban Planning from Columbia University and a BA in Urban Studies from Fordham University.
